Psalm 55:13-14 KJV

But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.

[14] We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.

One thing that is common in movies like *”Hotel Rwanda, Sometimes in April, Beast of No Nation and Tears of the Sun,”* is the work of informants and inside-men.

Inside-men can be very counter productive to the team. While you try to escape the enemy, they give away your location and make you an easy target. Running all your efforts to make progress into the drain.

But things get very emotional when such informants are your very very close buddies. This was the case with David, he couldn’t bottled up his feelings, he talked to God about them; he wanted them buried alive (v15). How painful it must have been.

This year we pray that God will turn the hearts of all our close pals who only live in pretense; whose real motives are to make us retrogress and see our downfall. May God expose their actions and bring their efforts to naught, in Jesus’ name.

Have a blessed day.
