2 Corinthians 13:14 KJV

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.

My last days in High School were very interesting. I have memories of the look on the faces of our colleagues who were slapped with various surcharges, resulting from walls they were perceived to have defaced. Others had lost or damaged textbooks and had to replace them.

But the popular ones were the defaced walls. Boys wanted to leave a mark to show “they were here” just like Brooks did in the movie, “Shawshank Redemption.” So they were made to buy buckets of paint to correct their wrongs 😅.

Paul the Apostle had a peculiar way of ending his letters. He felt his final words should always be one that should build and not destroy; edify and not destruct; bless and not curse. He always left off a threefold blessing which highlighted
a. The grace of Jesus Christ
b. The love of God, the Son
c. Communion/Fellowship of the Holy Spirit

Till date, these words of Paul have lived on to be a prayer for most Christian groups whenever they dismiss themselves.
Better is the end of a thing, than the beginning thereof, no wonder how you die is more significant than how you were born. Consider how you bring an end to things, it’s a powerful opportunity to minister Christ.

Have a blessed day.
