Genesis 10:32 KJV
These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.
Nobody can read more than half the bible and miss genealogy. The Book is littered with family trees that I must confess are not interesting to read.
As we read the family tree of Noah and his sons, we should be reminded of our own. We live in a time when it is too easy to be ignorant of ones own family tree. Chances are that you may even be working with a blood relation of yours, yet may never know.
One other vital reason why you need to be acquainted with your lineage is so you can position yourself well in spiritual warfare. Positioning is very important and may even eventually determine your success rate.
As you engage in warfare (which you shall), you may need to know certain trends in the family line so you can know the appropriate approaches to use. Make time to study your own genealogy. It may come in handy.
Have a blessed day.
