Come, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

Scripture verses like these provide us with evidence of the existence of God in multiple forms. We are too familiar with the creation story where, “Let us make man in our image” is often quoted.

Indeed at Babel, where language took seed, a similar scenario happened. “Let us go down there and confound their language.” Just when man was supposed to triumph, the Godhead took centre stage. The Trinity is no false teaching.

Yes, three persons in one God doesn’t make sense, but so does every mystery. Mysteries never make sense! Logic abhors mysteries.

Your finite mind can never comprehend or come to terms with such, probably till we meet God in person. So just believe for now, because whether or not you do, God is three, yet God is one.
