Revelation 22:1-2 KJV
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
[2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
What we read in the very last chapters of the book of Revelation is very refreshing. We see the pure river of life and the tree of life again. These were only present in Eden when we read Genesis some years ago. 😊
This means that what God intended in the very beginning is what will remain in the end. 🤔.
That status of the garden of Eden, where nothing was harmful and all was peaceful, shall be restored.
And only those who have managed to ink their names in the Book of Life, will benefit from the River of Life and the Tree of Life, and the same shall see Eden’s restoration. Those who would be denied access are sorcerers, fornicators, murderers, idolators, liars, etc (v15)
But for the blood of Christ, none of us could even dream of making this pass, but now we can.
As we conclude our chapter-by-chapter study of the bible today, after over 3years of daily study, I urge you to develop a very intimate relationship with God, so we can all meet someday by the Tree of Life. 😊
