​Zechariah 8:23 KJV

Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass , that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

Beautiful words like these bear much resemblance to what Laban said of Jacob, when Jacob wanted to leave him, after serving Laban for many years.

This is the heritage of all believers, those who live around us, interact with us and make occasional contact with us, should be able to say that “being our buddies has brought them more good than harm.”

It is not a good thing for those in your inner circles to wish you away, on the contrary, they should be able to testify of your impact in their lives… because the Lord is with you.

Laban learnt ‘by experience’ that the Lord had blessed him tremendously, because he was glued to Jacob, whom the Lord was with.
