​Zechariah 1:18-19 KJV

Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns.
[19] And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.

After their return from exile, the Jews did not just settle in. Indeed it took sometime for this to happen, and while this happened some of them got more and more discouraged.

Zechariah the prophet saw in a vision 4 horns, which he later learnt had been responsible, spiritually, for ensuring Israel and Judah were not united.

Now this send a little chill down my spine as I mediatated on it.

Indeed all things that happen are only a manifestation of what has gone on spiritually, so that if confusion exists within a group you are part of, you may want to consider dealing with it spiritually as well.

Identify those horns and uproot them in prayer, as a matter of necessity. Too many promising groups have collapsed because of this, don’t wait for yours to be next.
