​Micah 4:4 KJV

But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken it .
I know some people who still think God is out there to monitor their lives like a prefect/senior-on-duty so He punish them for all their wrongs.
At a point this was the thinking of the Israelites. A few years from their captivity, they had totally given up on themselves because they had heard too many prophesies about their own doom.
But Prophet Micah came assuring that in the midst of all the chaos and commotion God had a plan. There would come a time when every man would sit under his vine for fear of no Assyrian or Babylonian army.
This same peace is what Jesus promises in His Holy Rest. A time totally bereft of fear, intimidation and worry.

We can not stop talking about this promise. With such words we need to encourage each other the more as the day approaches. Be encouraged as you wait in expectation of His kingdom.
