Ezekiel 28:13 KJV
Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
In Ezekiel’s prophesy against Tyre/Tyrus, he likens their king to the ancient and fallen angel, Lucifer. Devoting many verses to who Lucifer was and the nature of his ministry. Not many books in the bible have this much information about him.
I must confess that I’ve followed Pastor Benny Hinn’s teachings extensively on this subject and so I can confidently attribute much of what I say here today to him.
Lucifer was perfect in beauty. Pipes were made in him by God so that at his very movement he produced music, which usually ushered in the presence of God. He held 2 offices as indicated in verse 14, a thing no other angel had; both a Cherub and a Seraph.
Yet, inherent these qualities, laid the subtle killer, PRIDE.
Sin was found in him (v15)!
Your gifts may not match up to Lucifer’s in his days, but please, don’t get beside yourself. God doesn’t tolerate even a little bit of that in His mountain.
Have a blessed day.
