Ezekiel 16:49-50 KJV
Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
[50] And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good .

Yesterday as I sat before one of my mentors, he schooled me through some few facts of life he had come to learn about himself, and continue to live by.

He stated that he knows his mission in life is to be a conduit for others to be blessed. All the wealth he’s acquired is just to make others wealthy and give them too a life, so that he’s not necessarily the final recipient of what he has.

That’s why he keeps giving out, and he keeps getting back in return. He said God will continue to give to him so he in turn could give to who God wants him to give to.
In today’s text God stated the main reasons why He took out Sodom.

We’ve always thought it was just the abundance of sexual sin in all forms. But we see today that they had in abundance and yet never strengthened the hand of the poor.
