I AM – Tue, Apr 12, 2016

Ezekiel 6:8, 10 KJV
Yet will I leave a remnant, that ye may have some that shall escape the sword among the nations, when ye shall be scattered through the countries.

[10] And they shall know that I am the Lord , and that I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.

“Do you know who I am?” In an argument, rhetorical questions like this can seem very irritating, especially when you know the one doing the asking isn’t that ‘big’ a man/woman.

At the airport one day, while I was just about to check-in,  I couldn’t help but notice one man in the other queue. It seemed he didn’t have a few documents that were being requested and so he and the attendant were having a go at each other.

Then he popped out the infamous question, “do you know who I am?”
That was the wrong button he punched. The rest of us went aboarded without him.
God makes such authoritative statements because He knows who He is.

To the Jews He says “And they shall know that I am the Lord… (Eze 6:10).” When Moses asked in the wilderness, God responded “I am that I am”
Indeed He is the God none can contend and all others shall bow to Him. This, you and I shall witness with our eyes at the end of time.

Have a blessed day.
