Psalm 30:11-12 KJV
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
[12] To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
Psalm 30 is another very popular chapter with verse 5 being one of its most quoted verses.
Don Moen also sang the latter portion of the same chapter in a beautiful way in one of his hit releases. Many people are familiar with such music tracks but not necessarily with the experience.
Indeed a gloomy moment could be transformed into one of the brightest 🔆 in one’s life, but this is not guaranteed for all and it is not the case in everybody’s situation. Far too many have felt let down by this scripture because it didn’t happen on their account.
But such verses are rather supposed to encourage us and urge us on even in the rough and tough moments. Your mourning may not turn to dancing, but do not stop singing.
Have a blessed day.
