But the hand of the Lord was heavy upon them of Ashdod, and he destroyed them, and smote them with emerods, even Ashdod and the coasts thereof.

They say one man’s meat is another man’s poison. A woman once drank water that is supposed to be anointed, from one spiritual church (name withheld). Apparently, that same ‘anointed water’ worked for her colleague in the office and got her womb opened.

But unfortunately for our friend something terrible rather happened. She lost both her womb and her husband.
I’m not in a position to judge this woman’s actions but I believe Christian’s of our time should exercise lots of caution when dealing with spiritual things.

Same way if our philistine friends had known the enormity of the calamity that would hit them, then I’m sure they never would have captured the ark of the covenant, much more place it in their sacred chambers.

Be careful of who lays hands on you or who imparts ‘spiritual things’ into you. Be weary of what ‘sacramentals’ or ‘sacred’ items you keep as part of your posessions. You never know how much influence they could have in your life.
