Matthew 8:26 KJV
[26] And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

What are some of the things you have done out of fear? I’m sure if you have given this a thought, you may have had so much to write it may fill up a whole book.

Fear has a million manifestations. Those who fear poverty, do all they can to amass so much, sometimes making them greedy and insensitive. Those who fear to be broken-hearted do all they can to avoid all manner of entanglements and remain coiled in their shells. The list is endless

In spiritual terms, faith is the opposite of fear. Faith is what makes the impossible possible, this is why Jesus would assess the level of his disciples fear and conclude their faith is little. Yet, just a little faith may be all you need to move mountains.

So when we are cornered with the fear of the unknown, let us rather pray that our faith may increase, so we worry less and trust Him the more.
