Romans 1:29,32 KJV
Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
[32] Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
I paused to reflect on these verses when I began the book of Romans today. What got me thinking was the very last phrase that reads: but have pleasure in them that do them.
It is very fair that Christianity doesn’t only condemn all vices listed in verses 29 to 31 but also holds the one who applauds such actions equally liable.
This is probably why Paul (then Saul) later pronounced himself guilty, as he stood and watched Stephen stoned to death. To this end, your patronage of evil makes you evil.

Our inactions are no guarantee that we are exempt from the evil around us. We have no excuse (v20) to be indifferent, we need to speak forth and take action. It is godly to address the wrongs… don’t sit cowardly and look on.
Have a blessed day.
