Acts 15:39-40 KJV
And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus;
[40] And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.
I’ve heard remarks from quite a lot of people, suggesting how surprised they are to see/hear problems in the church. Some would go to the extent of leaving a church because they felt the problems there were just too much.
Such people get more disappointed when they jump into a new church that seems filled with the Holy Ghost, only to discover more problems with time.
The early church had their fair share of the cake of issues. Even before they were called Christians at Antioch they had issues, then this very one in Acts 15:36-41. Which one brought an end to the road/journey of two very powerful and anointed Apostles, Paul and Barnabas, yet it also marked the start of their own individual journeys which would spark more light in the Gentile Communities already visited.

When problems come into your small fellowships or units, which definitely will, don’t see them as originating from the devil and begin to rebuke them. Humans are diverse so have diverse opinions. Tackle them as issues, with guidance from the Spirit; this it is no new thing. Settle the disputes without attacking personalities.
Have a blessed day.
