A KIND OF FAVOUR – Thu, Sep 21, 2017

Exodus 2:9-10 KJV

And Pharaoh’s daughter said unto her, Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give thee thy wages. And the woman took the child, and nursed it.

[10] And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, Because I drew him out of the water.

I honestly wish I knew how the mother of Moses felt, when the princess of the time, ‘chose’ her under ‘very wierd circumstances and conditions, to nurse her own son.

The cherry on the cake came when the princess pledged to pay her her wages for caring for the child. Totally preposterous!!!
Logic has no place here… who gets paid for taking care of her own child, a child that had a death sentence on its head?

I don’t know what kind of favour this is, but I know it is the kind that you and I need in times like these. When the very degree that is supposed to get us wasted comes back to reward us.

May this kind of favour locate you on this holiday and may what is expected to mess you up completely, rather facilitate your elevation.

Have a blessed day.
