SEEDS OF CONFUSION – Fri, Oct 14, 2016

John 3:30 KJV

He must increase, but I must decrease.

Before John the baptist was cast into prison, there was a time when Jesus came baptising people somewhere close to John. As expected, John’s disciples caught word of this and reported the issue to their master, John.

I chose to meditate on John’s reaction and response to what should have generated a rift between he and Jesus. (See v27-35). Please make time to read these verses.

Seeds of confusion are always cast abroad wherever humans live and work. You choose whether or not to allow these seeds to germinate in your quarters. John the Baptist was not just humble, he was wise. He saw the seed of confusion and made it pass.

Please make them pass when you chance upon them. May God open your eyes and give you the ability to discern, as they come your way.
Have a blessed Friday.
