​Matthew 24:24 KJV

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Jesus extensively treats the subject, ‘Happenings of the End Times’ in this chapter. Some of his comments kept me thinking a lot this morning. I can imagine there are more churches now than there ever were, yet he says the love of many would wax cold.

Then He adds in verse 24 that false prophets would arise and may possibly deceive even the elect. Now that is frightening. This means the level of deception would reach a height that would take some grace of God to detect. 🤔

The signs and wonders that would characterise such times are/would be as never seen before, and the guile with which these would be done would wow the elect, you and I.

Iniquity/ sin abounds now and love for God is on the decline. The greater signs and wonders are here. Don’t wait to be deceived too, wise up, the End is here!
