Job 7:17-18 KJV
What is man, that thou shouldest magnify him? and that thou shouldest set thine heart upon him?
[18] And that thou shouldest visit him every morning, and try him every moment?
I think it a mystery, how a Great God like ours would be interested in the affairs of men like you and me. Well, Job was in a state you could describe as traumatized, yet what he said could not be trivialized.
He could confess that God visited him every morning, a thing I want to believe He still does in the case of you and I. Our challenge is that we are unable to meet Him at all those times He visits. 😐
Arising to meet Him in the cool of the morning, though some might argue otherwise, in my opinion is by far the best encounter one could bargain for in each day. The benefits are tremendous and far reaching, I must confess, when you go about it diligently and consistently.
Don’t often let Him come and find you sleeping. Discuss what time is best for you too and keep to it faithfully, and call me, Carlos, a liar if you don’t experience a difference in the rest of your days.
Have a blessed day.
