EGYPT OR ISRAEL – Thu, Sep 28, 2017

Exodus 9:20-21 KJV

He that feared the word of the Lord among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses:

[21] And he that regarded not the word of the Lord left his servants and his cattle in the field.

I feel sad sometimes when I hear/see claim ownership of God, to the extent that they believe every other group(s) of people are in the wrong.

Your group/society/sect/church/religious denomination may indeed be a good one, but doesn’t give you an exclusive right to God. No wonder the rain falls on both the good and the evil.

When Moses gave the decree of hail in Egypt, those Egyptians who feared God took their livestock out of the fields, and they got spared. They were Egyptians, yet got spared! Think about this for a while.

God doesn’t take sides. He flows with those who align with his statutes, irrespective of what group they belong to: whether Egypt or Israel.
Never worry much about where you belong, especially when you have no influence over that. Just stick to His rules of engagement and you’ll be just fine.

Have a blessed day.
