Psalm 22:7-8 KJV
All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying ,
[8] He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

A Christian friend of mine had still not landed a job years after school. He didn’t really have ‘connections’ to get him into a any place. His background was indeed a humble one.

When I met him recently, he was recovering from a very serious illness that had made him lose a part of his body, (I can’t disclose which part of the body) yet he was still job hunting and very broke.

It is not an easy thing for a frustrated Christian to keep holding on. Especially when your buddies who knew you to be on fire for the Lord, bump into you every now and then. The comments are just unbearable.
But we can be sure of one thing…

That in the end, my friend shall come through all this victorious. Many have told similar stories and their endings have always been similar. I know a man who didn’t have any children for the first 18yrs of his marriage. Trusting God is no easy road…but it is a sure one. Keep trusting, keep hoping. It will happen. Psalm 30:5.
